Refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging, unless it is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit. You may open the packaging to inspect the item.

To start a return, email b.oncoforzopa@gmail.com or use the contact form at tawagold.store/pages/contact. We confirm whether the return is accepted and send the address for the parcel. Do not ship a return before that confirmation.

If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we pay the reasonable cost of return shipping. For other returns, you pay the return shipping.

After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price to the original payment method within 14 days. If the return is our fault, we also refund the original shipping charge. Return shipping that you paid is refunded only when the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit.
